Este documental es un
análisis del dilema intrínseco a la naturaleza
de Internet. Por un lado, la necesidad de
preservarlo como un espacio de no intervención
y libertad total. Por otro lado, el deseo de
asegurar que esa libertad, entendiéndola como
relativa, sea compatible con otros derechos
fundamentales. A finales de 1999, los mayores
especialistas del mundo en regulación de
contenidos audiovisuales se encuentran en París
para diseñar un modelo específico de control
de Internet. |
This
documentary is an
analysis of an intrinsic dilemma in the very
nature of the Internet. On one hand, the need to
preserve it as a space of non-intervention and
total freedom. On the other hand, the desire to
ensure that this freedom, understood as
relative, is compatible with other fundamental
rights. At the end of 1999, the top specialist
in the world of audiovisual content regulation
met in Paris to design a specific model of
control for the Internet. |
